How it works in Table Planner.

[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″ margin_bottom=”10″][vc_column_text]Creating new events in Table Planner is very easy.[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″ margin_bottom=”10″][vc_column_text]

Your first event

[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″ margin_bottom=”10″][vc_column_text]After the initial sign-up, you will be prompted to create your first new event. This will be automatic, and all you need to do is to follow the prompts.

We ask you to sign up in order for you to be able to sign in and out of your account, so you can switch devices and share your event to collaborate. But most importantly we ask you to sign up so that your seating plans are backed up and not lost at a crucial moment!

Access your Profile

[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″ margin_bottom=”10″][vc_column_text]Your Profile will list all your events that you are an Owner of and let you know if there are any other members that are collaborating on your plan with you. This is where you can read the App’s Privacy Policy, send us feedback and rate us on the App Store. You can also sign out of your account here.

To access your profile:

Renaming Events

[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”10″ margin_bottom=”10″][vc_column_text]Sometimes you may want to rename your event. This could be because you initially named your event with a jokey name, but sharing it with your future mother-in-law may not be appropriate!

To change the name of your event:

[/vc_column_text][gem_divider margin_top=”20″ margin_bottom=”20″][gem_list type=”star” color=”10″]

  • Go to your Profile screen.
  • Swipe left on the event you want to change the name.
  • A grey rename button will appear.
  • Press this rename button or continue swiping left.
  • An ‘Edit Event’ box will open.
  • Edit the name of your Event.
  • Press ‘Go’ on the Keyboard and your event name change will be saved.
